Even though I still asked him what was the deal and the status of this:

- you wanted it delivered in 1 day, that was done.
- you then wanted extra features done, which was done for free
- you agreed to not receiving the code and him hosting this, you then replied: yay free hosting
- You changed your mind and wanted the file, and now opened a deal dispute because of it.

I dont see where I agreed except of saying free hosting & it was related to the bot testing. He hadn't added the features I asked. I only asked for two features: .close & .open which he didn't, and I rejected the free coding offer from him. Stop the bs

I'm here in the middle of the deal that has nothing to do with me, i cba replying anything anymore about some deal u made with someone else without my knowledge, I don't even know what kind of bot u ordered, what the features are etc.You literally tried to avoid my discord service and save the few $ fee you'd have to pay, but now u want me to initiate a refund? This makes no sense, will wait for staff to reply.

Maybe you should tell your staff to not conduct DMs deals with customers. Your staff knew & still proceeded. If it were to save some pennies, I wouldn't even bother using your service. And on top of that, he is an admin of your service & so he should have had told me to do it through the ticket. Since he had a high tier role, I proceeded with his consent.
