Additional Information:Before opening this report, I confirmed with @Liars that this case is valid. The original owner of this project, @Lang02134, sold it to an admin from my group chat known as @densityhq (or Dense), who is a known scammer. After taking over, Dense canceled all lifetime licenses and replaced them with monthly subscriptions, forcing customers to pay repeatedly for something they had already purchased. I bought five lifetime license keys when @Lang02134 owned the project, as shown here: link to post. When I confronted Dense about scamming customers and admitting to storing customer labels for potential blackmail, he blocked me on Telegram and Signal. I want a full refund for all five licenses. I purchased lifetime access, not a subscription. Furthermore, all affected customers deserve to have their lifetime licenses restored. I ask the staff to confirm whether Dense is required to honour the original lifetime agreements and take appropriate action.
