I used Coasty to do Walmart & Apple orders for my customers because he did Walmart before for me, and the refunding process went smoothly.
I gave him to refund for me 3 Walmart orders and 1 Apple order. He started the process for the Walmart orders, and two weeks later, he told me that all three orders had failed. Then after 3 - 4 days, he told me to tell the customer who had one of the Walmart orders not to return the items in the store because the refund would hit, which it didn't.
I gave him to do an Apple order at the same time, where he first succeeded in getting a refund confirmation from the support agent & the confirmation was sent by Apple to email too. Then after some hours, Apple sent another email saying that they would take no action on this order as they had finished the investigation with the carrier. I messaged Coasty about this, and he told me that the second email didn't matter because we had already received the refund confirmation. So I said the same thing to the customer, and we waited another two weeks for the refund to hit, and it never did.
Then I messaged him again and again on Telegram, but he never replied. I commented in one of his Telegram announcements yesterday that he had failed 4 of my orders and was ignoring my messages; he banned me from his channel and started arguing with me in private. After that, he told me that just because I commented in his Telegram post, he wouldn't fix my Walmart orders as he had plans to fix them yesterday. He proceeded to delete the conversation and then dipped.
The store deemed the Apple order non-returnable, so I'm left with a $1200+ item, and he messed up the Walmart orders. The clown tells me to teach myself how to refund when he is the one who failed four orders in a row.
