hey guys ill be doing these sort of threads on weekly basis if i can but for all the new gym peeps who wanna lose weight & also build muscles read the tip below ( Please keep in mind each Persons Body is different ) ( ill upload more tips soon :)
first tip: Don't Drink ur calories
what i mean by that is 1 Coke Can is around 140 Calories Which is honestly really bad you shouldn't even be drinking that much Calories in the first place. what i recommend doing is Switching to a 0 Calorie Drink Or under 10 Calories Like ( Sparkling Ice, Coke Zero, Pepsi Zero ) but for me the best option was Sparkling water with Water flavor drops Like these ones Here Also when drink that much calories you'll feel full for about 10-20 mins at most then become hungry again which will lead to Late night Eating So keep that in mind :)
Also if you are really overweight or just overweight in general watch this video Here it'll explain everything about going on a calorie deficit which is the best option to lose body fat + weight
Please take care of ur body while ur still young money will always come & go but ur health will go forever if you don't take care of it
