Just found out what it does : you need to connect to your Instagram account, then input the username you want to have to replace yours and wait for the program to do its thing. Somehow people are getting it to work but only on abandoned accounts / unpopular ones.

Edit : it will spam instagram with requests to claim some account. Then, if the account owner changes his name, the "attacker" will 100% claim it.
