yes that is a virus, the red shown up on the virus total indicates that it is a virus

What kind? Its a loader to a cod cheat someone is selling

it would be showing green if it was not a virus. about half of the data is red which means it has specious data and it could result to a virus. i would not trust it

it shouldnt be a virus since not a single known antivirus detects it (malwarebytes, sentinel or esetnod)

doesnt seem like a virus since none of the antiviruses could detect what virus is it supposed to be. Loaders and injectors are often flagged as viruses. Be careful tho. pepeblush
