Supreme Best language to learn for Crypters/RATs

Hello, if I wanted to code my own RAT and crypter.

Which language is the best to learn or use?

I am looking for the best as of the fastest and least dependancy.

C++ best for FUD etc but if its ur first lang might wanna pick up python to get introduced into apis json etc

From what I've been reading, it seems like C++ is the best due to low dependancy.

But do you think it's going to be worth it? Since think it's one of the hardest languages to Master.

Do you think that it's a powerful language?

C++ is very fast fastest language out there and ye c++ has a weird syntax but compared to smth like Rust its usable and if that is your goal ye u can build in c++ it will be extremely hard but there already some c++ rats out there open source that you can learn from
