gmail.com" and save those lines to a new file?
You can, there's a button to extract lines from a file when searching:

It's the easiest way, you can also do it by using bookmarks but it takes a few more steps.

You can do that by using columns or regex. Columns are easier to use, even though regex is probably faster but the result is the same.
EmEditor can natively "separate" text by using either commas, tabs, semicolons, or pipes. You can use pipes (the | symbol) separation:

You can use CTRL + C and CTRL + V to copy and paste columns quickly, I used the menu so you can see what I'm doing.
Or you can replace any separator (stuff like <----> and other shit checkers use for capture) to a pipe or a tab, then extract it:

In this example I've also removed the extra spaces.

I'll be phasing out my normal text editor (sublime text) with EmEditor.
+Rep 4 you Fam!
Once you try EmEditor and slowly learn how to use it to edit your combos, you'll never go back to any other text editor.
Here's some licenses you can use: DRNZ5-8L62W-KNZZZ-5GZXF-YJKK4, DRNZY-LQBQX-T4ZZZ-WBSEM-SXJC5, DRNZL-3JKJA-6BZZZ-7E22L-KS3VZ.
