Hey

When I delete a thread where I reported someone I get a notification "Thread that contains your reported post has been deleted by moderator FanTaZyX"

Actually the alert is returning your username with avatar. There is $alert['from'] (from user) that's not empty, but instead contains your username. I'll fix this with the theme update sir
