Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 30$
Additional Information: I asked Astro Bella to sell me a cloud with Spotify combos, he sells it to me as such, I check with very good proxies and a good Brisk checker, 3 valid accounts on 3 million lines checked with the Astro Bella cloud.
I ask for a refund because I only wanted Spotify combos.

i will refund if the admins decide
and i havent done any restock to cloud after he bought access
