At this moment it is not planned. Some other features are planned (like dynamic awards where awards are scaling with user posts/threads and other stats). Maybe in future the decision will be revisited

As the title says, I think it would be great to have another Achievement after Heaven to give users who already completed it more incentive to keep contributing. Could be set at 7.5k or 10k likes as well as 750 or 1k reputation. There should also be a time registered requirement of maybe 12 months.
