Supreme 2FA Award Announcement in the SB

Just tried it on a hunch and it seems like every time one deactivates and reactivates 2FA, the message is posted in the SB that the user has been awarded with the award. However, the award is given only once. So just one part of the bug I would say.

Was informed by another user that the award is removed if its deactivated. I think the award should remain inspite of that and the announcement be made just on the first case.

SB alert should be removed after you try to add your award multiple times.
