yes but i think premium is necessary for a ratio of 2:1 of premium/free accs

because if you stream with all free accs, the spotify account gets banned

Accounts will get disabled eventually, however this is not a problem since they just do a couple streams and become a listener, everything will still count. You dont need prems at all. It's just if you want higher payout per stream. But I dont think its worth it for the hassle it gives of replacing acounts and buying them etc.
