Suggestion against Leechers

I find it quite annoying that many leechers get banned, just create a new account and then leech combos and accounts out of the account section again. 

I think it would be great if cracked staff could take further measures against Leechers.

My suggestion would be to forbid users without Likes or without having created a thread before to post in the accountsection (this can be extended to other accountsections as well).

Once Cracked.to members get banned they cant make another account within 2000H i think.
So they do do something and yeah :)

Well the fact is, leechers make community active without leechers community is dead.

Already leechers are manually getting banned + sometime lazy @Leechometer also ban them.

and 10 posts restrictions is already there per day for Member rank people.

10 out of 100 leechers also buy upgrades when they finds content useful. so i think leechers are good if they are giving likes to content or upgrading their account to paid ranks.
