Some members do create multi account to get higher chance in winning giveways , so i suggest to make some requirments like upgrading or contributing to some point so they can access the section, thank you.

Like - comment should include "required specific comment asked" - user is upgraded

+1 in a way, but they can add a requirement to lechometer to select only from upgraded people
