Struggle after being hospitalized

Hey guys I have been hospitalized last mont for around 10 days
I had dengu which left me with liver infection

Racked up nearly 1.2k in bill
Insurance paid around 1k and I am now left with 200 bucks to repay and I am just a student in collage (community) and it's hard to afford medicine with repaying loan any help or advice would help
