Stop the shill accounts advertising "ruXXX" forum

Since I joined a few days ago I've received several PMs telling me to go to a site called ruXXX (can't type the last few letters) and buy from a few different sellers. Most of these accounts are upgraded as well. There must be some sort of scam to it. It would probably be beneficial to do an audit and ban all of the shills advertising it.
