I am trying to refund StockX. I told them that I received the package and it came with an empty box.
They asked me to fill up this form:

Will they start an investigation? Will they question my shipping carrier about it? Thank you!

Hey,
It all depends on where you are located, and what it was shipped with. If it was shipped with dhl express they would most likely refund it but im not sure about different carriers.

Thats a legal document they want you to fill out just to cover themselves in case you do it again then they can prove your frauding. If you only do it once then there is no way for them to prove its not a legit claim. They will most likely process your refund after you fill it out some other companies do this exact same thing. If they were intending to start an investigation they would ask if you wanted to start a claim with the carrier. I think you are good though just send them the form.
