Ingredients (for 2 servings):
  • 2-3 medium ripe tomatoes (e.g., heirloom or vine-ripened)
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves (a handful)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (optional)

Instructions:
  1. Slice the Tomatoes and Mozzarella
