My subscription is for 40 downloads. After downloading 20 files, it says I've hit my limit. This has been going on since the start of my subscription. Are you guys planning to fix this?

EDIT: Today it improved a bit. I was able to get 22. Still far from the original 40.

I URGE EVERYONE NOT TO PURCHASE THIS CLOUD. YOU ARE NEVER GOING TO GET WHAT YOU'RE PAYING FOR. I SUBBED FOR 8 MONTHS WITH 40 DOWNLOADS/DAY AND AFTER 6 DOWNLOADS, THE SYSTEM SAYS I'M MAXED OUT. AVOID AT ALL COST.
