Some type of restriction to new users

As bad as it may sound new users take the piss again, So as we all know It's fairly easy to make a new account and Sales Trash, Leave Bad Reviews, & More I feel like there should be more limitations on new users so this is a less occurring problem, of course, it wont stop it but limiting is the best we can do for now.

just report the specific post anyone is welcome to join the forum, buy and sell. you were once like that guy no making multi's to do this is not allowed but we already have many great systems in place to prevent this as you need at least 20 post for a vouch, 10 for sb.
