Some beginner questions

Hello to all readers, 
this is my first post here :-). I'm a new random stranger with no reputation who loves cybersecurity. I've some questions about the rules here and maybe to make some first contacts.
During my journey here and there I found some nice stuff and much more is coming.

I wan't to know is it allowed to sell these stuff here:
* root/user accounts for servers
* mysql database accounts
* access to web-shells
* crypter software to transport your payload
* brand new unknown and undetected malware with c2-framework

If I can't sell this kind of stuff here can't maybe someone tell me where I can sell this. The next question is will ever someone buy stuff from me (a new guy with no reputation)? If I want to sell some stuff here I need a premium membership here is that right?

You can ask the staff through dm. but the things you listed, I know there are people selling malware here so its prob okay. As for the other stuff I don't know.
