Serious question about chargebacks

I've been working with a fulfillment center for about two years now, but the past 3 months, their service has been extremely lacking.
I'm unable to get in touch with them, and now I'm considering doing a chargeback with my bank.
This will require me to do 6 chargebacks which are about $2k each.. In total, I will have to do a chargeback of $12k.

So I guess my question is.. how many chargebacks is too much??

if they are for valid reason I would assume there is no limit but idk
