Sellix's official "Fees" section states they take 5% service fee (https://gyazo.com/3812dabb0a69217a10f2c69d5b14495c), however on my manual payout requests they take 20% or more service fee consistently.
Let's prove this claim.
Here's a random manual LTC payout request: https://gyazo.com/35168d03e92c2f2ad6ebc366e6d73eb8
Let's do the math about this specific payout request in the screenshot:
0.02877699 (Total requested payout amount) - 0.00040000 (Blockchain Transaction Fee) = 0.02837699 (Amount of which Sellix should take their fee and send the remaining amount to us).
0.02837699 (Amount of which Sellix should take their fee and send the remaining amount to us) - 0.00607707 (Service fee amount, which should supposedly be 5% of the total amount) = 0.02229992 (Final amount that is being sent to us).
Now, let's go back to the amount of which Sellix should take their fee and send the remaining amount to us (0.02837699), google 0.02837699-5% and see the result, https://gyazo.com/13977179e1990a761bf67d6e0e36554b
Weird huh? It doesn't look like the 0.02229992 (Final amount that is being sent to us) i mentioned above.
Let's try to google 0.02837699 (Amount of which Sellix should take their fee and send the remaining amount to us) - 20% and see the result, https://gyazo.com/9a5dd38d9e7cfcfbe22e1d1eff668a79
Now this number looks more like the 0.02229992 (Final amount that is being sent to us)!
Well, that's because this is the actual percent of service fee Sellix is taking from us, 20% instead of the 5% advertised on their site.............
