I have had the site for a month and a half. I have done SEO work to make it optimized, and it is ranked #1 on google for the following keywords:

The graphic below shows my traffic stats from google and does not include promotion from places like reddit. It has had over 1500 views on google, and on average, first page for every keyword which it has ranked for (it ranks for just about every floodcrm keyword)
I am looking to sell this domain with the full database and hosting, you can checkout the website yourself from the above link. The admin panel is easy and you don’t need to know how to code. The only maintenance is answering the rare support ticket or adding new codes. You don’t need to use the database for this, on the admin panel you can add new codes directly to DB.
