Additional Information: Confirmed with the seller prior to buying if the account is full access with information changeable, to which he confirmed (see screenshots), upon attempting to change the password to the account provided it requests a code to his backup email/phone he had on the account which he won't provide at all and acts clueless in the responses and then eventually ignoring once I call him out for scamming (as you can see in the screenshots!)

We sold him a full access Minecraft account with mail access. Changing any account details are not covered under warranty as it's a cracked account. These terms are also mentioned in the description of the product (check screenshot).
I was busy the last few days that's why I haven't replied on Telegram.

I asked you clearly if changing the password was allowed before purchasing to which you confirmed which is also backed up by the product description. Plus selling something as "Full access" should pretty much ensure that you can do the least of changing the password, but since then he has locked me out of the account fully and I can't even login nevermind change information since it asks for his backup codes.

@Cryptix_Shop You clearly state that your buyers are allowed to change everything as per your product description. That should include account details such as email, password etc. as its full access. Refund OP within 24hrs and update the product page to avoid any further confusion among future buyers.
