The problem is #1 i don't know when it is morning for him and #2 it seems I am sleeping or not home during his morning / when its morning for me, he is not home / unavailable.
I hope I am wrong, but in the interest of others in this community, I am posting this so others don't potentially get ripped off. If I am wrong, i will happily admit it and/or modify/remove this post.
He's is not scamming, I can say that, but either he doesn't respond at all (which is my case right now) or it takes so much time that its really annoying.
Who wants to wait days for a response.

He told me the same thing a few days ago that he is not scamming and promised I would get what I paid for. Then shortly after he said that, he disappeared again with zero communication for a few days now... I don't think I have spoken to him since then. In total, it has been almost 2 weeks that I am waiting for this replacement. Since it's almost impossible to communicate with them, I left a message that I would prefer a refund at this point. This is something he claims to have no issues with, but we will see if it happens though.
I just thought of this while typing this response, but it is kind of funny that he has no time to fix issues with existing customers, but he does have time to bump his thread to advertise his services and to reassure potential customers that he is not scamming.
UPDATE:
After 17 days from when I first paid, the vendor was able to fix the situation today and supplied new and working profile.
He is NOT a scammer, but it seems you need to be willing to be patient to get what was purchased. I suppose this is fine, but just saying don't be surprised if it takes some time. This was my experience at least, maybe I just contacted him at a bad time. I hope to be able to try again some time and have a better experience.
