I'm excited to introduce MyHelpDesk, a new all-in-one support platform specifically designed to facilitate exchanger tasks and keep your community connected. Before we officially launch, I'm looking for a few exchangers who are interested in trying out the web app and providing some feedback.

Why It's Perfect for Exchangers:
MyHelpDesk is designed with exchangers in mind, making it easier to manage your tasks quickly and efficiently. I’ve seen a similar platform in action used by an exchanger named Waffle, and it really streamlined the process. While I don’t know the specifics of his backend, I’ve worked hard to develop something that meets the needs of exchangers.
In fact, I previously built a custom web application for an exchanger as a one-time purchase, and it took me about a month and a half to develop. With that experience, I’ve now created MyHelpDesk to be a comprehensive solution for exchangers like you.
