Scrapping Unranked Accounts League of Legends

Hey!

I have started cracking League of Legends users lately and had a few hits due to good combos. I scrapped op.gg to get summoner names.

Unfortunately, the accounts have been changed password on immediately.

Most unactive accounts are unranked, and therefore I am wondering if op.gg or any other website lists unranked accounts.
