Additional Information: I order a crunchyroll account for 3 months, firt day was working fine. Second day password problems. I send a message via support, i send a message via telegram(2 accounts), i open a ticket via discord and till now i didnt receive any answer. Im wondering if this is not fake. And if it's not fake, 24/7 customer support is really bad, Its not acceptable nowadays with all the comunication methods we have to not receive an answer for almost 4 days. I could simple buy for another seller. Its about 4 dollars is abouth trust and also i dont want to happens to another buyers.
