Additional Information: He contacted me relating to me wanting to purchase fullz from the buyers section, he private messaged me about contacting him on his Discord. I contacted him we agreed on me paying him $5 before, and once I do that he would provide the fullz and then I would pay the other $5 after. I paid the $5 and he refused to give me the fullz saying that I took to long even though he had multiple hours to mention that before I sent the money which I was constantly updating him on the situation.
