Greetings! 
This person did transfer the account to me, I changed the password there. After that I was going to pay him, but my power went out. An hour later I got the power back on. 

During this time I got a lot of negativity from this character on Telegram. So he also restored access to the mail and access to the account. I consider the claim invalid, as the account remained with him, I did not take anything from him. 

And I do not want to deal with people who restore their accounts.
