Additional Information: @CardMerchant claimed to sell prepaid cards on a Shoppy website. I proceeded to order something from him for $30 USD. $15 of it was through BTC, and the other $15 was on CashApp. He has been ignoring me ever since I paid him, and hasn't given me the advertised product he "sells".
