Additional information: I purchased gave him kinguin code of $73 USD, he gave me account details then forgot Gmail would tell me when he changed password. So he gave me password that was previously used. Changed it so when I got it he could blame me for the info changing like if I scammed.
As you can see in pictures, he sent account at 2PM I accessed it at 4PM but says he changed password 3 hours ago. So he changed it giving me old password so it seemed like I did and he can keep my money. And I asked him give me new password as it's changed 3 hours ago and he says this.

Tells me I can't replace after 1 hour but it wasn't even able to login in the first place said 3 hours ago changed like but how was I able to 3 hours ago if he gave it to me 2 hours ago at 2pm me getting it at 4pm ???
