Additional Information: User was holding PayPal for me through @Ryze holding services. I am not opening this dispute on Ryze as he is not the one who has scammed and is ignoring me. His partner is scamming/ignoring me and I don't know if he's liable for that.

Me and matic both launched our PP holding services around the same time.
We eventually added each other on dc and matic was mad at me saying i copied his service. After a long discussion i found out we both were from the same country, so i wanted to be nice and asked him if he wanted to supply me with accounts. Matic was already holding for Skycrest before i asked him to join me. It was his own PP and own deal. 
I tried my best to get him to talk to Sky and figure shit out. He told me multiple times he would do it but i see now he didn’t.  Am sorry for the problems you have with Matic. 
Yes he joined me but he had a deal with Skycrest with his own PP holding service before he joined mine, so i dont really have anything to do with this. 
 
Also if one of My paypals gets limited or banned am not responsible for lost funds, This has always been in every one of my TOS.

My side of this story:


I've indeed joined ryze his paypal holding service, and I've joined this after I had a deal with Skycrest.
The deal was holding for him and every 3 days payout we agreed on this, NOTHING WAS SPOKEN ABOUT WHAT IF THE ACCOUNT GET LIMITED.
Even tho In my tos is that if it gets limited its not my problem since you choice to work with me. Ight enough of that.

I am busy with school and am not really much online / able to be online(or well I am online but I dont react / see your stuff)

In this case the paypal account got limited one time around 200$ on it. This got successfully fixed and I've informed Skycrest about this.
Alright great, second time paypal limitation was at 300$ and thats the final amount. The paypal account got perm limited and I cannot do anything about this.

Or well i tried so, I called paypal 1 time and they said to me sorry for the inconfident we will fix this as soon as possible this was one week ago, so far so on nothing happend.
I've called paypal support today again saying they would do the same stuff again what they said they would do before. Now I am waiting for response of paypal they said they told me the account will be able to be used again tomorrow.

Now I've not scammed Skycrest, since a scam is taking someone his money and dipping with it, I am fully able to give the paypal account to Skycrest to give valid proof of all 300$ still being there.
As we all know as paypal holders its paypal they are slow and every account will get limited and we just push the account to its limits and get new accounts after its fully limited.

The issue at hand was @Matic continuously ignoring me on Discord despite being online, and being online on Cracked several times. He gave me no updates to the situation until I opened this DD and claims the money will be available soon. 

Hopefully this will be properly fixed by PayPal tomorrow.

The "continuously ignoring" as Skycrest calls it is because of a reason, I've ignored everyone these single days, I did have some time free but since I have a massive DM list I cannot respond to everyone in time, I have more stuff to do. At the moment I do have school exams which I dont wanna fail if you understand, And that I've been online on cracked Must have been that my cracked was just open on google since my latest activity was nothing. I do claim the money is available soon indeed, cause If paypal tells me that then I assume that indeed the money will be available soon. And ofcourse do i react to this DD cause its making my heart raise, I feel like I did something bad and I dont like the position I am put into so i wanna fix this up. I am just having a day off I will be busy again cause of exams.

I do really hope this issue is fixed by tomorrow.

I have called paypal as I said, and yesterday the day they promised me everything would be fixed it ended up in a big failure, paypal still didnt do anything, the sad part of the story is that I ever time get a other support member on call from paypal.
So they will keep telling me please wait we will try to fix this issue for you. But I've nothing heared of skyrest

Cause I'd like to add something to this, As you might know or maybe you've never done anything with holding / paypal before, but as we all know with normal knowlegde, EVERYTHING can happen to a paypal account we as holders are not a kind of god or something that can fix any issue with paypal, I am also just a regular human and just know how to hold, I cannot help it that people make money through blackhat ways and then come to me "gimme my money" dude.. tf you expect? you sell blackhat shit paypal acc got limitied, I cannot go to paypal and say "Yes! all normal yes!" how can you do that if you get 40/60$ every day and that 3 times? Ofc paypal will limit you, but we as holders just push the account to its limits

First few limitations are fixable, but I dont see a way at the moment of fixing this issue since its a perm limitation, I have already called paypal 3 times now and they just dont fix it.
Do not expect of a holder that he is a god or anything, cause we are not. We just hold and do our job, and always the person decide's to take me as holder to its his problem if his money gets stuck on the account, I am open and fully free to give the account to Skycrest if he wants. But I do not see any possible way to lift this perm limit!

First of all the funds are not blackhat at all, it’s completely whitehat.

I opened this because you ignored me for a week. I’m not gonna hold you liable if the PayPal is permed but you told me many times you’d fix it then disappeared.
