He sold me a full access steam account more than a month ago, which stopped working after a day, and after asking repeatedly asking for a refund he finally gave one a month later, which was worth much less than I had paid for, and the replacement account was taken back a day after it was given to me. I asked frostlord to provide a refund and he has failed to respond. He also deleted his server after I asked for a refund.
