Additional Information:
As you see I tried asking for update why I'm not getting any streams and activity but they don't really do something to help me out or giving me refund since this is not working.
They are now Ignoring my messages so please help me.

We have delivered over the half of the streams, after waiting for the banwave to settle down (Which is no bullshit everybody working with spotify knows about this) OP opened this thread while I was on vacation, even while stating I was OOS.
I am ready for partial refund or completing  the order, OP was not didn't want to deal with this issue politely and opened scam report which is also bad for my image.
My business has been running for a long time and I have many satisfied customers, that recognize our worth.
To sum things up:

OP didn't want to realize there was a banwave and that we were acting in his favor. I can either complete the order within one day or refund a partial amount.
First for that I need to check how many streams have been sent total.
