Hello, So this guy bought from us amazon account with giftcard balance, and when he sent money i said wait a sec, and when i came back with details i couldn't write him or it just bugged, i guess just write me and i will fix this

How can i know his forum accounts? if he writes me in discord, if he had some interest in his products he had a chance to write me, im giving him a chance to write me now
