Additional Information: purchased a daily plan from them to test, went well, ordered a monthly plan for 100$, paid in full and confirmed, invoice status is paid on the dashboard, but it doesn’t show the new monthly plan and the ip authentication is not functioning, contacted support immediately, was pushed around since then and now they are ignoring me, purchase was 19 hours ago
