Additional Information: Deleted cahts, owes me $240 for paying upfront doing nothing, claiming he was sick, then making me try to do my own refund, then deleting messages and blocking me when his method doesn't work even though he "does all steps of the refund process himself" as he claimeed in his thread

He has nothing to show, will show nothing. I took pics because I knew early on his stop in communicating and ghosting would lead to this. His reveiws are fake, he is fake, his methods are fake. I sadly feel you guys won't do anything for this because he's purchased all the fake things to boost his repuation, and he's popular around here. I'd be surprised if I got my money back.

Hello Homucidal.

We have never taken an upfront payment from you, we don't take upfront payments from customers who use a residential address for their order. If we did, please provide a TXID of a payment to us where you sent 964.78 * 0.25 = 241.20 USD to us around the 26th of January when you started the order with us.

Also we have screenshots of the communications between you and our refund support where you were asked to escalate the claim to PayPal which you said to did, but then showed us clear proof that your case was AUTOCLOSED because it WASNT ESCALATED.

Also your case was closed 1 month ago and you didn't think to write us then. Even if we wanted to appeal the claim now its not possible anymore as the appeal window on PayPal is only 10 days. You have failed to communicate with us when needed our refund support had to write you about updates to the case even though you are supposed to give us updates on a claim like that. Obviously we cant give you updates about the case as you are the account owner and you receive all the emails and notifications. The fact you didn't know the claim is closed either means you were not looking at your emails at all or didn't care. Either way we cant do anything anymore now and to our knowledge no upfront payment was taken.

There is no case here. Also when opening a scam report they ask you specifically to provide TXID of any payments done which you haven't provided. We will happily wait for a TXID from you.

I would be happy to provide the screenshots mentioned to any mod that takes over this scam report.

I did a cash app t o btc with an exchanger, how do  I get the TXID.

Secondly lets go through each of the lies he's told

I did everything I was told EVENTHOUGH HIS SERVICE EXPLICITELY DESCRIBES HIM DOING THE REFUND FOR THE CUSTOMER... HIS THREAD IS STILL ACTIVE. THE FIRST THING MENTIONED ON HIS SERVICE IS "THE REFUNDR WHO DOES THE WORK?!?!?!?" Did he not just admit in his message to NOT doing the work?!?!
