I was holding for user and asking multiple times if he wanted me to cash him out, to which he always said "nah its fine.".
Whatever shady business dude is running caused my PayPal to get perm-limited and put not only his $80, but my own money on hold.

Once I mentioned my account getting limited, now he urgently needs the money all of a sudden. I lost a lot more than he did in this so I do not feel responsible. An agent at PayPal told me the transaction to what triggered the limitation and it turned out to be a buyer from his store. 

I do not have any Crypto wallets set up and offered to pay him back through CashApp, he gave me multiple different cashtags which none allowed me to send.

You were also logged into my sellix where you SIGNED IN with your paypal to my store, to link it, so you definitely knew what type of business it is. Oh nooo!!
