So sorry, due to storms in my area i have been without power. I was just able to get cell service so I can respond to this.

OP messaged me selling telegram accounts for .65 cents a price. I ignored it as that was one of the highest offers i received.

He then offered to sell me the site for 10usd in btc
Note OP sent me a screenshot with the telegram logo on site with the price of 13rb. Saying that you can get accounts very cheap at the site. Now from the way he said it, it seemed like 13rub per telegram account which would have been worth it. When arriving at the site I had to pay more than 60 cents per account.

Sorry if this is typed poorly on my phone. With the accounts being 60rub instead of 13 I felt lied too and refused to pay. I have has no reason to use the site even.

I didn't agreed the price for 13 Ruble I didn't even said the price....I just showed him an screenshot of different prices...he agreed after seeing the price but after he got the site info from me , he came to disagree with me about the product which he wants is not I've showed him but in this forum he is telling everyone that the price is higher but he got what product he was looking for...I never discussed about the price I just showed him a screenshot of the website with the price then after seeing the price and accounts he agreed to deal.

This guy is a pure scammer..If he has advantage he will scam moderator of forum too.

He blocked me and deleted every chat and conversation. The reason he blocked and deleted everything because he was guilty which he doesn't wanna let other know such as moderators about how he cheated on me I never blocked him . If he wasnt guitly or wrong he should never delete those chats and even he said me that go open scam reports against me, i said him i'm not gonna open any scam report because the deal was finally done and he recieved the product what he was looking for ..i was asking now whether youre gonna pay my $10 i asked him 2 times he repeatedly saying about the price to high and blocked me, I'd never opened any scam report against him because i said him $10 wont gonna make me happy and rich but the way he blocked and cheated thats the reason of opening this scam report

///everybody knows sms-activate.org how costly there service is for telegram accounts , the reason wasnt the price the reason was he took advantage of others going first on doing deals with him and he dont pay later.He wasnt aware of this website.
