Additional Information: I was looking for a exchange service,and i found this one,i contacted him on the telegram @ he posted on his thread ! (proofs above) ,we did the deal and then he doesn't respond anymore,i messaged him on cracked and he told me he was someone else and his apologies,but how i told him that's not my problem,he posted a wrong @ on his exchange service thread,what i am supposed to do now? Why should i lose my money like that because he just put a wrong @ in his thread at contacts sections. I really think that's not my fault.

You are correct, this is not your fault at all. I am very sorry for this whole situation that you had experienced. 
 - Like I had mentioned in our PM's, Yes I accidentally mistyped a 0 when making my crypto exchange thread. But I can assure you it was not always like this, and I can't recall when I messed it up either.

But I have my accurate telegram ( & discord ) listed on my profile and all my other threads with contact information.

Overall, this is an impersonator that is using my name for financial gain. I have confronted him, and have been met with no response for at least an hour now.

I need a full refund of the amount i lost, i dont need anymore to make the exchange,i already did the exchange with somebody else. And i was supposed to receive 20$ because i was letting "you" a tip of 15$ because the amount of exchange is was low,but how i said i already did the exchange with somebody else and after what happened i just want to get back my funds and that's it, @grandbam
