Additional Information: I told him to copy paste numbers from a website and i sent him a perfect example with the first 4 digits should start with "4670" or "4673" https://prnt.sc/OUHbkjLStLG4 and then he is trying to make me pay 50€ for about 500 invalid phone numbers where he have probably just put random numbers or something.
