Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 2 Xbox upgrades, $130 LTC

Additional Information: Bought 2 upgrades from him, he upgraded one and it stopped working every month which was really annoying and in july he just stopped replying and communicating complety. The second upgrade he was supposed to do, he got the xbox acc he was suppsosed to upgrade locked, and its unlockable so there goes my account. he hasnt said anything about that and hasnt even offered a different type of replacement or a refund. He's just out here stealing money and doing bad business with trash methods.
