The buyer is making a false claim. I delivered a valid Adobe CC key to the buyer: BXBN-OI3V-HZ79-MMN1-3N36-LC02. The screenshot/order photo they uploaded is fake and does not match what I provided.
I have proof of delivery of the correct key and can provide screenshots/logs if needed. The buyer is attempting to scam by submitting falsified evidence.

Actually better yet you can just verify the contents of the email with the DKIM, which proves that it is his Shoppy account which has sent me the fraudulent key.
