I was offline. I have discord open on my RDP in browser and that's why I don't reply everytime.

1. He did not read my status: https://imgur.com/6rB7AtM
2. I tried to help him from my phone (I wasn't at home for like 2h), but the problem that he had can't be fixed just typing so i stopped and now Im here to help him!
3. He should contact me in DM and not in a ticket on my discord server cuz I usually don't offer support on my SHOP server (the config is not a part of my shop). I check the tickets one by one.

Now I help him and after he should come here with a reply :)
