Uh so, basically I don't know what to do or where to post to get any of the staff attention, I understand that they're quite busy and I don't want to sound impatient either but at least I would love to hear an update about this.

So what happened is I got the deal resolved in the same hour that I was banned and then I started to open a ban appeal immediately.
I was told by @Liars to tell the person who made the scam report to reach out to him to confirm that everything works and did what I was told to do.
and here's the screenshot of the person who made the scam report reaching out to the staff (not only Liars) that it was resolved, and a week later nothing happened so far.
