Opening a report after being refunded?
Customer asked bout malwarebytes and i confused it with bitdefender and when he paid i send him bitdefender
And as i wasnt home his refund was pending but at october 6 at 10:22 CEST he was dmed on tg that its refunded but as it was binance i didnt send him txid as it takes time to show up

when he asked for txid at 16:05 cest it was sent to him instantly
this report is bullshit and opened after the refund was sent

while he was refunded at 10:22 CEST
and he asked for txid on 16:05 CEST and was provided with it instantly

He makes a story from his stupid mind  I requested him to refund amount on October 1st 
when he asked for txid at 16:05 cest it was sent to him instantly
this report is bullshit and opened after the refund was sent 
He said the amount would be sent within 24 hours on October 1st, and I waited until the 6th. As I mentioned before, this person is deceitful and manipulative.
