this buyer received their license and access to the tool as shown in the screenshots linked below. they were banned from my server because they were harassing a staff member.

Is there any proof in which it shows you no longer have an active license to the program?

If it is not working for whatever reason then this should be able to be resolved quite easily by the old license key being deactivated and having a new one generated for you.

The format of that table is
username | discordid | account type
I am sure that @Asa1a will agree that the username they registered is angara and their discord id is shown in the screen shot. I would appreciate it if the deal with caution status would be removed from my profile asap as I have clearly not scammed anyone.
